INSEVIS helps S7 users with fast delivery

Here is a quote from a satisfied new INSEVIS customer: "In July 2022, ZECH Water Technology GmbH built a hydraulic groundwater remediation plant for a client in Hamburg. The operation of this plant is, among other things, a basic requirement for the start and further implementation of construction work at the site in question. Contaminated groundwater is to be pumped by a deep well pump through nozzles into a so-called stripping tower. Here, a large proportion of the pollutants are blown out and the exhaust air is cleaned with the help of a catalytic afterburning system and emitted via air activated carbon. Booster pumps pump the water from the stripping tower sump through sand and activated carbon filters towards the discharge point. The Siemens components planned for the system control could not be delivered within 18 months, which would have caused us major follow-up costs. The client's basic requirement was a solution that was compatible with the Siemens STEP7 software modules. Through web research we found INSEVIS, who offered us a suitably scaled but also expandable S7 compact PLC, which was then delivered within a few weeks. This meant that the civil engineering work on the construction site could start on the agreed date and ultimately expensive delays could be avoided. Our client and especially ZECH Water Technology GmbH were relieved that INSEVIS really helped us out of the proverbial jam."
