Employees of Hanse-SCADA GmbH have developed and manufactured a special machine for optoelectronic leak testing of syringes. The following production steps are processed fully automatically in the system: Denesting of the syringes by industrial robots, bunkering, sorting and feeding of the piston rods, torque-monitored automatic assembly of the piston rods, optoelectronic product testing using vision sensors, product weighing and automatic ejection of faulty products and delivery to the final packaging. Difficulties? Not with INSEVIS, that was the programmer's brief statement.
